We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment and hiring processes. This role will play a key part in coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
* Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as posting job openings, maintaining applicant records, and updating the applicant tracking
* Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates, gather required documents, and answer basic inquiries
* Assist in sourcing and screening resumes and applications for junior roles to shortlist candidates based on defined criteria
* Liaise with external job platforms when needed
* Organize and support recruitment events such as career fairs, walk-in interviews, or campus hiring activities
* Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment documentation and onboarding coordination
* Generate recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics for internal tracking and reporting
* Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, confidentiality standards, and employment regulations
What You’ll Bring to the Role
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment support or coordination role preferred
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
* A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
* High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information
* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
* Customer-focused approach when engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders
