The Opportunity
Join our dynamic and highly regarded Adelaide Corporate & Commercial practice, working with our market-leading IP/IT team led by experienced Partners.
As part of our team, you will be exposed to interesting and varied matters, with a particular focus on contracting in areas such as intellectual property licensing and technology commercialisation.
Day-to-day tasks include:
 * advising on the licensing and commercialisation of new technologies and brands
 * reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, including providing advice in relation to unfair contract terms
 * assisting the broader Corporate & Commercial team with the IP, technology, and privacy elements of M&A transactions
 * providing advice under the Privacy Act, including drafting Privacy Policies and other documentation
To succeed in this role, you'll have strong contracting experience, strategic and critical thinking capabilities, excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, and a passion for emerging legal issues and new areas of technology.
