About the Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll play a vital role in delivering unforgettable guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You'll be the first and last point of contact for our guests, so a warm smile, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are a must!
- Welcome and check-in/out guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage guest reservations and handle enquiries via phone and email
- Provide local area information and assist guests with special requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B; teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage billing and process guest payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and skilled front desk environment
- Assist with guest complaints in a courteous and solutions-focused manner
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a customer-facing or front office role (hotel/resort preferred)
- Experience with Opera or other reservation systems is a definite advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude
- Professional appearance and reliable work ethic
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
Qualifications
- Relevant hospitality or tourism qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Ongoing training and development provided
