**As Sales Administration Officer, you will report directly to the Victorian Sales Manager. Your duties will encompass the management and ongoing maintenance of an existing client base.**
Based at our state-of-the-art Dandenong facility, where the work environment is both encouraging and comfortable, you will manage the general processing and customer service aspects to ensure customers have a faultless transition to our service.

**Key Duties include**:
- Administration of new and existing customer accounts.
- Coordination of sales & customer service requests.
- Service quotations.
- Coordination of sales & customer service requests and sub-contractors.
- Ensure completion of sales & service documentation.
- Monitor and maintain sales & customer service data.
- Generation of reports.
- Data entry.
- Filing.
- Adherence to Ace Waste Policies and Procedures.
- Ensuring customer communications are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Managing Customer enquiries.
- Ensuring client account data is correct and complete.
- Assisting sales team.
- Assisting other administrative staff, if required.
- Analytical thinking.
- Attention to detail.
- Work under pressure.
- Intermediate MS Office suite.
- Able to communicate at all levels.
- Positive phone manner.
The successful applicant must be COVID-19 vaccinated.
The successful applicant must pass a National Police Check.
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
