The Australian Ballet are looking for a skilled administrator to support the Director of Marketing and Brand. This role ensures smooth operations, manages communication and time coordination, oversees VIP ticketing for opening nights, assists with Opening Night event delivery, and works with Executive Assistants to support the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

Role Highlights:
* Work alongside the Director of Marketing & Brand, optimising their daily activities
* Play a central role in streamlining the administrative operations of the Marketing & Brand Team
* VIP ticketing outcomes for key stakeholders, with a particular focus on Opening Night
What you'll be doing:
* Ensure the Director is supported in all aspects of their role, you will do a range of tasks from managing their diary and briefing them on upcoming engagements, to helping them run effective meetings through agenda and minute taking to maintaining their correspondence.
* Facilitate the smooth flow of information between the Marketing Leadership Team and other departments to support effective decision making.
* Assist in preparation of reports, background briefings and team communications, including maintaining contact lists
* Take a central role in managing VIP ticketing for stakeholder engagement events, working with internal teams to establish processes and deliver exceptional customer service to our most important stakeholders.
What experience you'll need:
* Experience in supporting senior leadership within a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Hands on experience with ticketing and CRM database systems (Tessitura preferred), with exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively within a complex organisation, varied team functions and across diverse departments
