Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and offering support and education to patients and their families. The Registered Nurse will also ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with AHPRA
Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, care planning, and administration of medication
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues
Experience in maintaining patient records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Compassionate approach and the ability to provide support and education to patients and their families
Basic life support (BLS) and advanced life support (ALS) certifications are beneficial
Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting is advantageous
