Do you want to manage and lead the finance control team, working out of the Head Office in Brisbane?
Reporting to the CFO, this is a senior leadership position responsible for driving financial integrity, leading from front, and delivering continuous improvement across finance. You will play a key role in supporting executive leadership, Board reporting, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee financial reporting including monthly, quarterly, and annual results
* Ensure compliance with IFRS/AFRS and statutory requirements across all regions
* Own group consolidation processes and maintain strong reconciliation standards
* Manage external audits and act as key contact for auditors
* Support ASX reporting, annual reports, and continuous disclosure obligations
* Partner with senior leaders to drive financial performance and business outcomes
* Lead the Shared Services (AP, AR, Banking) teams
* Drive process improvement, automation, and finance transformation initiatives
The successful candidate
You will be a qualified accountant, possibly from a Top 10 accounting firm, with proven sound financial control experience, gained within an ASX business. You will have proven financial leadership expertise, setting the benchmark for performance, and a good communicator with strong stakeholder engagement.
