Project Coordinator
We're seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring all projects meet or exceed strict workplace health and safety, quality, and environmental standards.
About The Role
* Safety Focus: Prioritise workplace health and safety above all else, developing and owning the project management plan.
* Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and coach the project management team to ensure they meet performance expectations and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships.
* Project Oversight: Manage project schedules, budgets & financial performance, and oversee the development of effective work plans.
* Compliance & Quality: Ensure projects adhere to National Construction Code, Australian Standards, and all legislative requirements.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication with the project team and key stakeholders.
* Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek out and implement improvements to ensure best practices and a competitive advantage.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction industry project management.
* Proven proficiency in project management methodologies and operations.
* In-depth knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels.
* Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
