The role
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in land management and supporting Aboriginal communities? Join our Aboriginal Land Claims team where your skills will contribute to shaping fair and sustainable outcomes for Crown Land.
As a valued member of our team you will:
* Carry out a variety of administrative tasks including records management, filing and system improvements.
* Conduct research analysis and data interpretation to prepare both standard and ad hoc reports that inform projects and initiatives.
* Provide advice and support to Crown Lands regarding obligations and processes for land subject to Aboriginal Land Claims.
* Manage post‐claim processes to facilitate the transfer of land to Local Aboriginal Land Councils.
What we are looking for
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to interpret data and present clear reports.
* Knowledge of Crown Land management or willingness to learn.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Experience in financial transactions and basic accounting processes.
Essential requirement
* Willingness to travel within NSW as required.
