About the Role
* Generate and monitor daily attendance reports, liaise with parents/carers to verify absences, and provide updates to teachers and school leaders.
* Collect and coordinate data on student engagement, follow up with chronically absent students, and collaborate with support staff to address barriers to attendance.
* Develop and maintain relationships with families to encourage consistent school attendance and address issues impacting student engagement.
* Support the implementation of student programs aimed at improving engagement and fostering a positive school culture.
* Provide administrative support, including managing variations to student timetables, assisting at the student counter, and offering first aid when required.
