Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and supporting project teams
* Planning scope, schedule, and budget
* Facilitating discovery workshops and requirements gathering
* Supporting change management activities and stakeholder engagement
* Maintaining version-controlled project documentation
* Administering SharePoint structures and naming conventions
* Preparing and delivering clear presentations and updates
* Providing research/analytical support and cataloging policies and procedures
* Championing collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement
Requirements include:
* Tertiary qualification in a business-related field
* 3+ years' experience managing multiple projects with delivery accountability
* Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, and clear documentation
* Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft 365
* High-level communication and interpersonal skills
