About The Role We're seeking a Mid-Senior WordPress Developer who genuinely enjoys working with WordPress and wants to push the boundaries of what's possible. This isn't a "theme installer" role - you'll be hands-on in custom theme and plugin development, building out new functionality, and enhancing existing features. Your time will be split between: 70% new development - custom themes, integrations, mini apps, and advanced functionality 30% maintenance and enhancements - security, plugin updates, performance improvements Day-to-day you'll be working across front-end development while touching into the stack, with opportunities to dip into back-end PHP where possible. You'll also get exposure to projects involving AI, back-end automations, and large language models, as well as integrations. This is a hybrid role (2/3 Days PW in the office) where collaboration is key - the team thrives on sitting around the table and creating great things together. Key Skills & Experience We're looking for someone with around 4-5 years' experience in WordPress development who thrives in an agency-style environment.
