A Siebel Environment Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimising Siebel CRM environments across development, testing, and production. This role involves administering Siebel applications, performing application code migrations, and contributing to development tasks to ensure seamless system performance and delivery. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and maintain high availability, security, and compliance standards.

Key duties and responsibilities
Duties may include some or all of the following:
* Working across the Siebel Core Application in areas including Siebel latest version Architecture, Platform Design, and Siebel Integration
* Managing Siebel Product dependencies, features, sizing and defect reviews with Oracle engagement
* Executing core Siebel Administration tasks including Migrations, server maintenance/troubleshooting, database extracts, position/responsibility administration, monitoring server tasks, Managing Siebel services
* Develop and maintain the Siebel gateway server High Availability and Virtual layer Load Balancing to meet the business needs.
* troubleshoot Siebel Server and Application Performance related issue
* Develop and execute Siebel containerization.
* Develop the automation script for day-to-day Siebel server/Application administration tasks.
Technical skills
Specialisations include but are not limited to:
* Siebel TBUI
* Siebel Workflows
* Siebel Scripting
* Siebel Configuration
* Siebel Integration (EAI) and OpenUI frameworks
* Technical knowledge of Siebel architecture, related technologies including Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Policy Automation, and deployment activities
* Understanding of Siebel Oracle stack technology
