Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will be a key part of a team responsible for delivering high-quality products to our lounge passengers.What do I need?The ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.A minimum Cert IV in cookery.The ability to pass a Federal Police Clearance for airport employment.Full Australian working rights.Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience, including pans and larder operations, working in high-pressure environments, and possibly experience in a luxury 5-star setting—though this is not essential. More importantly, you should enjoy making others feel welcome, working as part of a team, and having fun at work.
