About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist / Registrar to join our team in Shellharbour.
* Days available: Currently Tuesday, half Thursday & Fridays available.
* Flexible contractor role with support and autonomy. Initial bookings, Halaxy software systems in place to help reduce admin burden.
* Work with a values-driven practice that prioritises accessibility, clinician wellbeing, and evidence-based care.
* Ideal for someone looking for autonomy in their career, without the time to establish your own referral sources. We are not here to tell you how to do your job - we are here to support you in supporting our clients.
What We’re Looking For
* AHPRA Registered Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist / Registrar
* Experience in ACT, Schema Therapy, or trauma-informed care.
* Warm, professional, and collaborative approach
* Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
* Is ready to grow within an established referral network & sees themselves contributing to the long-term development of a local practice
Our clients:
* Adult clientele - ages 18+
* Medicare, Private, Open Arms, DVA, and current defence referral sources.
* A young working professional client demographic with majority 25-50years of age.
* Treatment focused clients, with our average session frequency 6-10 for treatment completion. Our clients are focused on their outcomes and the practice works on supporting them to complete their goals in an efficient treatment episode.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing psychological treatment within your scope (individuals, couples)
* Delivering evidence-based interventions
* Maintaining high professional standards
* Benefiting from existing referrals and admin support
* Working independently in a quiet, private office space with a connected team behind you
