Key Responsibilities:

* Signing new customers efficiently by managing leads from the Enquiries team and collaborating with Service Coordinators and Service Support Partners.
">
* Enhancing customer satisfaction and service expansion by identifying unmet service needs within existing customers.
">
* Establishing a strong regional market presence by building relationships and contributing to increased brand recognition and customer referrals.
">
* Driving regional growth and demand generation by contributing to a Sales Plan that increases Northcott's visibility and leads to increased service demand and lead generation.
">
* Increasing customer engagement and leads by coordinating Northcott's presence at expos and networking events.
">
* Generating new business leads by establishing local partnerships that raise awareness of Northcott.
">
* Creating a continuous stream of referrals by developing an outreach strategy to referrers (cold-calling, email, LinkedIn).
">
* Delivering comprehensive customer support by understanding Northcott's services, NDIS funding, and support needs.
">
* Maximizing sales impact by collaborating with internal teams to create targeted sales campaigns.
">
* Meeting or exceeding business development targets by providing accurate reporting and driving overall sales growth.
