About the Role
We are looking for a creative, motivated and organized individual to join our Factorie team as an Art Director. You will be responsible for providing all departments with professional imagery and visual content that is both artistic and commercially focused to engage our customers. We will look to you to project manage shoot briefs from production to completion, including initial art direction and concepts, the sourcing of talent and shoot teams to deliver high quality imagery and ensuring content is on brand and inspiring. We are looking for someone who is up-to-date on current fashion trends, talent and stories that will keep our brand fresh and innovative to help deliver our vision.
12-Month Maternity Leave Contract
This role is a 12‐month maternity leave contract.
Skills & Experience
* Proven communication, leadership and people‐management skills
* Experience managing a project‐based work log with strict timeline processes and communicating to other departments
* Experience devising shoots from art‐direction concept through to final produced imagery
* Experience managing shoot production (stills and video), sourcing and negotiating talent
* Skills in developing creative campaign and content ideas that allow for public relations and shareable moments beyond an image
* Experience working closely and collaboratively with graphic designers, stylists and producers and understanding visual and verbal briefs
* Fashion industry knowledge essential
