**About the Role**
We have an opportunity for a Capital Transactions Analyst role to join our high performance team at our Sydney head office.
In this exciting and varied role, you will contribute to the group's growth strategies by assisting with the identification and execution of capital transaction and partnership opportunities.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Identify and execute capital transaction opportunities.
- Analyse and make recommendations on new opportunities.
- Prepare feasibilities and investment analysis including property cash flow models.
- Assist with identifying risks and potential mitigation strategies.
- Manage due diligence processes with internal and external advisors.
- Assist with the preparation of investment proposals.
- Assist with coordination of the internal approvals process.
- Establish and manage internal relationships across the business as part of transactions, including with (e.g. GMs, National Managers, Development Managers, Legal, Treasury, Tax, Group Strategy and Research etc.).
- Engage, develop and maintain an extensive network of industry relationships with agents, owners, developers, valuers and other property consultants to stay in deal flow.
**About You**
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Property, Valuations or Finance
- 2 years + experience in assisting with or managing acquisitions or capital partnership transactions from identification through to execution.
- Understanding of the operational and financial parameters in managing and/or developing property assets.
- Proven track record of achieving results through influencing and relationship skills.
- Customer focus - anticipate and understand the needs of both internal and external customers
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
