Community Services #1 is seeking a Casual Early Education and Care Educator to provide high-quality, child-centred education and care that supports children's learning, development and wellbeing.

About the Role
* Support children's development and learning by regularly observing, recording progress, and guiding smooth transitions within the centre.
* Create an inclusive and engaging environment that respects each child's background and culture and provides varied experiences to extend interests and stimulate learning.
* Build strong relationships and maintain professionalism by building trust with children and families.

About you
* ACECQA-approved qualifications – Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (actively studying towards these qualification) (mandatory)
* Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the Early Years Learning Framework

Requirements
Ability to obtain/maintain required pre-employment checks and certifications (including National Police Check, Working with Children Check and First Aid), plus mandatory training as required.
