We are seeking an experienced Claims Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and resolving injury claims in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be responsible for:
* Processing and completing work allocated within required timeframes, meeting data integrity and schedule requirements.
* Responding to queries from various stakeholders, escalating to senior staff as required.
* Maintaining a constant customer focus and working with customers, team members, and third parties to find solutions consistent with customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Data entry experience.
* Customer service experience.
* The ability to process quickly and accurately.
* A high attention to detail.
* Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Windows, Word, and Lotus Notes.
