Key Responsibilities:

* Perform and evaluate restoration activities including water extraction, fire damage repair, equipment setup, and demolition.

* Loading, inventorying, and maintaining work vehicles with tools and supplies.

* Communicating safety hazards, findings, and equipment needs with supervisors.

* Developing restoration skills to enhance SERVPRO brand and grow within company.
">
* Preparing work areas and setting up staging and equipment.
">
* Coordinating with management and team members for efficient operations.
">
* Performing cleanup and breakdown at job completion, leaving sites orderly.
">
* Developing expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.

Position Requirements:

* A valid driver's license.
">
* The ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.

* The ability to climb ladders and work at heights and in tight spaces.
">
* Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying.

* The ability to work with cleaning agents.

Education and Experience:

* A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

* Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is preferred.
