About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Account Director to serve as the key interface between customers, our teams, and senior leadership in the AU region.
You'll develop account plans, drive revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage sales pipelines for assigned accounts.
Develop and maintain account management plans in collaboration with leadership.
Collaborate on new business opportunities and contract negotiations (MSA/SOW).
Oversee end-to-end delivery of customer contracts, including resource management.
Establish strategic reporting and governance meetings.
Support people development and career plans within accounts.
Maintain utilization rates and ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Manage relationships to drive retention and growth.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in account management, customer success, or principal consulting in professional services.
Results-oriented with focus on financial and customer metrics.
Experience building responses to tenders and delivering enterprise services.
Strong leadership and people management skills, including performance frameworks.
Ability to review complex problems and make data-based decisions.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving in multi-stakeholder environments.
Experience managing medium-budget programs (up to $10M).
Network-building in the industry, staying abreast of trends in Testing and Quality Engineering.
