We are seeking a compassionate and skilled care professional to join our organization. This is a permanent part-time opportunity that requires flexibility with shifts.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in need, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. You will have excellent clinical, time management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt and problem-solve.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide holistic care to patients, their family, and carers
* Assess and monitor patients' physical and emotional state
* Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
To be successful in this role, you will have a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, and be currently certified in NDIS clearance and influenza vaccination.
