Job Description
This role combines sales administration, customer service, and sales responsibilities. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Counter and telephone sales to meet customer needs
* Stock audits and inventory management to maintain accurate records
* General administration and housekeeping tasks, including OH&S compliance
* Ordering branch supplies and coordinating cyclic stock counts/stock cleansing
* Processing and following up on overdue purchase and customer orders
* Monitoring and maintaining drop shipment orders and quarantine stock
