What You'll Be Doing
* Managing end-to-end job orders – No spoon-feeding. Own your desk and drive your success.
* Sourcing and closing quality candidates – No throwing CVs at job ads. We do recruitment properly to a quality accredited process and best practice standard.
* Building elite client and candidate relationships – Because trust is the currency of recruitment. And trust is the foundation of a longterm relationship.
* Mastering business technology – We leverage the best tools, from CRMs to AI-powered sourcing. But more than having the right tools, we teach and coach you how to use them better.
* Driving real outcomes – This is not a KPI-mad environment, but results for our clients are everything.
What We Need From You
* We AREN'T looking for someone with loads of prior recruitment experience. If you have a background in marketing, sales, PR, internal sales, retail, customer success or account management, we would be interested in speaking with you.
