Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional financial services to our clients.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Xero and MYOB is essential, as well as a sound knowledge of accounting procedures.
You will be working closely with our team to provide expert financial guidance and support to our clients. This includes preparing month-end accounts, reconciliations, and general journals, as well as managing accounts payable and receivable, and weekly payroll.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of month-end accounts, including balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations.
* Management of accounts payable and receivable.
* Weekly payroll processing.
* General journal entries and reconciliations.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proficient in Xero and MYOB.
* Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
