The Senior Service Desk Officer is responsible for providing additional triaging capability for the Service Desk team, assisting with level 1 to 2 IT issues in addition to supporting Technical Advisors with level 3 issues. This role acts as an escalation point for Level 1 Service Desk Officers and works closely with Level 3 support to continue to uplift and develop the Service Desk capability. The role supports the organization across Windows 10/11, Office365, Exchange Online, Intune, OneDrive, iOs devices, CRM applications as well as various IT infrastructure. What we are looking for * * Demonstrated technical knowledge in Microsoft O365, Exchange Online, CRM Dynamics 2016/365 and Azure services, with experience and proven ability in managing support for IT applications in a complex ICT environment. * Knowledge and understanding of end user computing and administration. Provisioning user access, providing on-site and remote support for applications, IT infrastructure and hardware. * Experience in preparing briefs, letters, emails and reports using clear, concise and grammatically correct language; ensures written communications contain necessary information to achieve their purpose; uses appropriate style and formats. * Ability to confidently conveys ideas and information in a clear and interesting way; understands and meets the needs of target audiences- (the right information to the right people); welcomes constructive feedback; sees things from other's points of view and confirms understanding. About the BPC The Building & Plumbing Commission (BPC) is Victoria's new regulator for building and plumbing. It brings together the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV), and the domestic building insurance function of the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) into one organisation. Key functions related to building and plumbing regulation will come together under one roof, including registration, inspection and compliance, practitioner discipline, dispute resolution, and domestic building insurance.
