We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to provide end-to-end support for our service team. The role involves a range of administrative tasks, including opening and closing service jobs, processing purchase orders and invoices, communicating with internal and external customers, data processing, completion of service paperwork, payroll support, arranging site inductions, training and maintaining records, test and tag requirements, recalibration of tooling and equipment, and maintaining detailed registers and reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Opening & closing of service jobs
* Processing of purchase orders and invoices
* Communication with internal and external customers regarding works
* Data processing for the service department
* Completion of service paperwork
* Payroll support and processing as required (timesheets & Kronos)
* Arranging site inductions, training and maintaining records
* Organising test and tag requirements as well as managing the recalibration of tooling and equipment
* Maintaining detailed registers and reports for audit and compliance purposes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative or service advisor role
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Mechanical aptitude is a bonus
* Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Word and Excel
* The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
