Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our dedicated team.

Main Responsibilities:

* Greet clients warmly and professionally in person and over the phone.
* Coordinate appointment bookings, cancellations, and patient schedules with ease.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
* Assist with financial management, invoicing, and payment processing.
* Leverage expertise in allied health, including NDIS, DVA, HCP, and WorkCover, to provide seamless service delivery.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve organisational goals and uphold high standards of service excellence.
* Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and inviting.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

* Has prior experience in administration within the allied health or medical sector.
* Possesses exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Is an adept problem-solver able to work independently and within a team.
* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
* Is proficient with computer systems and software.
