* Coordinate appointment bookings, cancellations, and patient schedules with ease.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
* Assist with financial management, invoicing, and payment processing.
* Leverage expertise in allied health, including NDIS, DVA, HCP, and WorkCover, to provide seamless service delivery.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve organisational goals and uphold high standards of service excellence.
* Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and inviting.
