The role supports the Financial Controller to ensure Parks Victoria meets its statutory, corporate and operational obligations under the Financial Management Act 1994 and applicable accounting standards. You will be a senior subject-matter expert, with the ability to provide clear guidance on complex accounting issues. We are seeking a dedicated professional who can step into this senior role and provide clarity on process while maintaining an approach of continuous improvement. This position is also responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial statements, supporting month-end and year-end reporting activities, and contributing to the development and maintenance of sound financial governance practices.
