Overview
Sabri Suby is looking for a sharp and hungry Facebook marketer to join a fast-growing digital marketing agency. The candidate must be a Facebook ads powerhouse who has personally managed at least $1k per day in ad spend and has a track record of winning Facebook campaigns. The role requires living and breathing Facebook ads, copywriting, and funnels, with a focus on ROI and scaling campaigns. This position is with King Kong, a full-service digital marketing agency that has been recognized for fast growth and industry awards. We are an end-to-end agency providing landing pages, lead gen funnels, ecomm funnels, webinars, video sales letters, and various funnel types.
Responsibilities
* Setup, manage and optimise campaigns within Facebook's ads manager
* Scrutinise analytics to identify opportunities and use conversion rate optimisation tactics (e.g., A/B, split-testing) to maximise ROI
* Create engaging Facebook creative that cuts through the newsfeed
* Manage landing pages and websites to install conversion codes and tracking pixels
* Prepare performance analysis reports and recommend modifications for ongoing optimisation
* Manage and maintain ROAS/CPL targets
* Scale campaigns to high levels of activity while maintaining ROAS
Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
* Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
* Understanding of email marketing systems (e.g., MailChimp or similar)
* Passion for online marketing and digital strategies
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Efficient, organised and task oriented
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
* Positive, problem-solving attitude
* Keen willingness to learn and grow within the team
* Experience with Photoshop is a plus
