Our highly skilled team requires an experienced Speech Pathologist based in the Mornington area. The successful candidate will focus on supporting our clients living in the Mornington Peninsula area.

About the Role

Managing a caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner.

Delivering speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community.

Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client.

Assessing clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments.

Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence.

About You

* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks to make a real and lasting difference.
* Strive for continuous improvement of our practices and outcomes.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders.
* Current driver license and own reliable vehicle.
* Degree qualified Speech Pathologist.
* Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
