What will you do?
Lead and support project teams from start to finish, ensuring clarity, materials, sequencing, documentation, and communication.
Maintain and boost team morale, keeping the workforce motivated, positive, and focused.
Transform projects from the business development stage into site-ready packages.
Provide supervision and support to site teams, mitigating problems before they arise.
Uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards across all projects.
Attend sites as needed to lead, check quality, and keep teams moving efficiently.
Manage client communication, including pre-starts, progress updates, project meetings, and close-outs.
Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and procedures.
What will you need?
Construction or trade qualification (essential).
Experience managing projects ranging from $300K–$2M.
Experience working on commercial roofing projects such as schools, sports centres, or architectural roofing.
Full Australian work rights without the need for sponsorship.
