What will you do?
* Lead and support project teams from start to finish, ensuring clarity, materials, sequencing, documentation, and communication.
* Maintain and boost team morale, keeping the workforce motivated, positive, and focused.
* Transform projects from the business development stage into site-ready packages.
* Provide supervision and support to site teams, mitigating problems before they arise.
* Uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards across all projects.
* Attend sites as needed to lead, check quality, and keep teams moving efficiently.
* Manage client communication, including pre-starts, progress updates, project meetings, and close-outs.
* Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and procedures.
What will you need?
* Construction or trade qualification (essential).
* Experience managing projects ranging from $300K–$2M.
* Experience working on commercial roofing projects such as schools, sports centres, or architectural roofing.
* Full Australian work rights without the need for sponsorship.
