About the Role
Coast2Bay's Tenancy Managers work collaboratively with Asset Managers and Property Managers to efficiently manage a portfolio of tenants to provide excellent service that ensures positive tenant experiences including connecting tenants with communities and facilitating support as required to sustain tenancies.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting tenants to achieve their housing needs in accordance with RTA, Government and C2B policies.
* Early identification of stressors and provision of timely responses to assist tenants to sustain their tenancies through active Tenancy Pathway Planning (TPP).
* Liaising with support agencies, government and non-government agencies on tenancy matters.
* Working collaboratively with Housing Service Officer, Property Manager, Asset Managers and other Tenancy Managers to provide a local community service within the Moreton Bay community.
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
* Proven experience working with vulnerable client groups.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Tertiary qualification in social work, community development or a related field is desirable.
* Previous case management experience is desirable.
