Clinical Psychologist Role
As a clinical supervisor in a rehabilitation program, you will play a key role in delivering evidence-based interventions to reduce reoffending and support prisoner reintegration.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide supervision, feedback, and development support to team members
* Observe program delivery and ensure fidelity to established models
* Support performance reporting and quality assurance initiatives
* Promote engagement strategies for prisoners with mental health or cognitive barriers
* Collaborate on the development of new programs and initiatives
Essential Qualifications:
* A Master's degree in Social Work or full registration as a Psychologist
* At least 2 years' experience in a clinical or forensic setting
* Proven experience in group facilitation and working with complex presentations
* Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision and support reflective practice
* Strong communication and report writing skills
