Culinary Expert Wanted for Remote Village Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Culinary expert to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for various functions at the village.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Assist the kitchen team in meal preparation and cooking for diverse groups.
 * Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans and dietary requirements.
 * Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
 * Work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic kitchen environment.
 * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and maintain a positive team culture.
Requirements:
 * Australian recognized Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or Trade Certificate (NVQ Level 4 and City & Guilds accepted).
 * 2+ years post-trade or commercial cooking experience.
 * Experience in bulk and batch cookery for large groups.
 * Confident working under pressure in a diverse team of Chefs and Kitchenhands.
 * Focus on quality with attention to detail, presentation.
 * Knowledge of HACCP principles.
 * Enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to grow.
 * WA Manual C Class Driver's License.
