·Civil Construction Services: Delivery of civil earthworks and construction projects across metro and regional WA.
· Plant & Equipment Hire (Wet & Dry): A large fleet of construction machinery (excavators, loaders, trucks, etc.) available for hire with or without operators.
· Onsite Services: Provision of equipment and workforce support tailored to client project needs.
· Equipment Transport: Transport of plant and machinery across WA to support project and hire operations.

Role Description
You will work closely with the Managing Director to support the ongoing growth and performance of the business, contributing to both strategic direction and day-to-day commercial outcomes.
This is a hands-on role where you will drive sales, improve fleet utilisation, and strengthen client relationships, while maintaining a strong focus on profitability and operational efficiency.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, shows initiative, and approaches the role as if it were their own business—proactively identifying opportunities and delivering results without needing direction.
Qualifications & Key Attributes: -
* Drive sales growth, maximise margins, and build strong, long-term client relationships
* Leverage existing industry networks to maintain high fleet utilisation
* Identify and secure new business opportunities while managing existing accounts
* Maintain a strong focus on profitability and commercial outcomes
* Work closely with the MD to support business growth and performance
* Take initiative and ownership- act decisively in the best interests of the business
* Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, outcomes, and client satisfaction
About You
* Proven experience as a BDM within civil, construction, or plant hire industries
* Established industry relationships you can actively leverage
* Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue and margin performance
* Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
* Comfortable operating autonomously and being accountable for outcomes
Salary & Benefits:
$120,000 – $140,000 + Super + performance incentives, commensurate with experience. Includes company vehicle, mobile phone, and fuel card. Salary progression is performance-driven, with higher brackets aligned to proven results and profitability.
