Centre Manager Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional early education to children from birth to age five.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial targets.
A key aspect of this role will be creating lasting connections with the local community through partnerships with families and strategic marketing efforts to increase occupancy.
The Centre Manager will also mentor and support the centre staff to meet and exceed National Quality Standards.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
* Experience in a Centre Manager role.
* Current Working with Children's Check.
* Experienced in meeting safety and compliance standards.
