The Role
We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the financial services industry while developing essential administrative and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
In this full-time role, you'll provide our clients and visitors with a friendly welcome, understanding that your interactions are often the first impression they have in their experience with us. You'll also be responsible for:
* Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
* Answering and directing phone calls.
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
* Maintaining a tidy and organized reception and office area.
* Assisting with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
What We're Looking For
As our ideal candidate, you won't necessarily need previous admin experience, but you'll need to demonstrate a positivity and eagerness to learn like no other To be successful in this role, you'll also have:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
