We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Ads Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns and drive continuous conversion optimization across our websites and landing pages.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Google and/or Microsoft Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting) and possess strong analytical skills with a performance tracking mindset.
About The Role
This role is structured for approximately 3 days of Ads + CRO and 2 days of Analytics, Competitor Tracking, and Campaign Support, ensuring a full and meaningful 5-day work week.
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns
* Improve website and landing page conversions through testing and analysis
* Build dashboards and reports to drive decisions across the team
Your Skills:
* 3+ years of experience in digital advertising
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience running A/B tests using VWO and identifying CRO opportunities
