**About the Role**
The Local Laws Officer will engage with and respond to customer inquiries and conduct investigations into concerns raised across the variety of responsibilities. Working both individually and as part of a larger team you will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to organise and manage self, often working with conflicting priorities.
**Skills and Experience**
- Value customer service
- Are flexible and adaptive in your approach to problem solving
- Be an excellent communicator and professional in your approach
- Have demonstrated experience in domestic animal management and in interpretation and enforcement of relevant legislation
- Be resilient and have a demonstrated high level of emotional intelligence
