About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Strata Manager to join our people focused and successful Strata and Community Management team.
About You
* Extensive experience as a Strata Manager and strong working knowledge of strata management services, building services and real estate market activities
* Experience with Property IQ would be highly regarded
* Advanced Microsoft experience, eye for detail and ability to communicate effectively
* Great sense of humour
