**What success looks like in this role**:
**_Job Description
- **

**_Requirements: _**
- _6 - 10 years experience consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena _
- _6 - 10 years experience with Office 365 migration and support of migration tasks _
- _2-3 years experience with O365, SharePoint Administration & Teams _
- _Extensive experience with designing and implementing Teams, including: _
- _Teams Voice with Direct Routing and Microsoft Calling Plans _
- _Call Flows and auto attendants _
- _Emergency locations and calling _
- _The meeting, Live Events, and Messaging Policies _
- _Teams and M365 Group Governance _
- _Meeting room planning, including setup and devices _
- _Extensive experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell Scripts _
- _Experience with designing and Implementing OneDrive for Business _
- _Experience in designing and implementing SharePoint _
- _Extensive experience performing discovery and writing scoping and levels of effort for delivering solutions that meet customer business, functional, and technical requirements _
- _Face-to-face customer engagement skills _
- _Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills _
- _Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand _
- _Ability to develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust, and respect for the team _
- _Able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting _
- _Microsoft Teams Administrator and/or M365 Administrator Certification highly desired _
- _Hands-on exp in developing business process automation using (Nintex, Power platform) _

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
**_Necessary skills: _**
- **_NV1 Security Clearance is Required. _**:

- _Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Release management _
- _Experience in managing large-scale transition projects _
- _Ability and willingness to take direction from CDEs and Client Executives _
- _Able to adapt to a changing technical environment _
- _Ability to coach other members of the team in their area of expertise _
- _Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users _
- _Ability to work with a sense of urgency _
- _Customer-facing presentation and consulting skills _
- _Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell _

**_Certifications: _**
- _ITIL Foundation (optional), _
- _Certification on O365, MS Teams, and Power platform (Optional in case of Good knowledge) _
