As our Client Services Coordinator, you’ll be the person who keeps our home care services running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure staff rosters are sorted and clients feel supported every step of the way. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, can juggle a few spinning plates, and cares deeply about making life easier for others. You'll be balancing the practical side of workforce coordination with the personal side of client communication making sure every shift is covered, and every client is happy with the care they receive. With established locations in Malvern East, Gippsland, Geelong, and Tasmania, Newcastle and a commitment to national expansion, we're seeking talented individuals to join our growing team. What you’ll be doing: Build, manage and adjust staff rosters to meet the changing needs of our clients. Respond quickly to shift changes, cancellations and last-minute requests. Stay in regular contact with clients and families to check in and make sure they’re satisfied. Work closely with support workers, case managers and the allocations team. Match the right staff to the right clients based on preferences, care needs and personality fit. Maintain accurate records and always keep communication clear and professional and solve problems as they come up, calmly and with care. What we’re looking for: Previous experience in rostering, admin or client coordination (home care or aged care a bonus) A confident communicator with great phone and email skills Someone who’s organised, calm under pressure and quick to adapt Tech-comfy and happy to learn new systems A genuine team player who takes pride in their work and wants to help people Someone who lives the CBH values, own it, grow as a team, give it your best, and stay humble.
