Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our technical support team. As a member of the technical team, you'll interact directly with clients and other members of the team to provide technology-based solutions.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide technical maintenance and support services within agreed service levels.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
* Use tools and processes to deliver services to customers to ensure their service level agreements are met.
* Proactively manage infrastructure and drive service process improvement.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll bring at least 3 years' experience as a System Administrator with Linux infrastructure and Cloud Computing.
Your technical experience should include:
* Experience across multiple Linux operating systems.
* Experience supporting Statistical Analysis System (SAS) software.
* Database skills including data modeling and database administration.
* Networking skills including network architecture and security.
* Cloud computing and certification.
* Scripting skills in Python, R or PowerShell.
In addition to technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to develop and maintain productive relationships with colleagues and clients.
