The Role:
As Product & Marketing Coordinator, you'll sit at the heart of product development and launches, playing an important role in making sure new products reach the market successfully. You'll be coordinating projects across the full lifecycle, from early development and supplier engagement through to packaging, compliance, and getting products into stores. This will include organising samples and managing data reports, assisting with with sales submissions, benchmarking competitors, and supporting with campaigns. You'll have the chance to be apart of a solid product and marketing team across both Australia and New Zealand, so it's a great opportunity to build exposure to how a business brings products to life from start to finish.
Skills & Expertise:
We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised and who has a good eye for detail, but also brings a positive, proactive attitude. This role suits someone who likes juggling multiple tasks, can take initiative, and feels comfortable working without being micromanaged. Previous experience in product, marketing, or project support is ideal, particularly if you've worked in FMCG, Consumer Goods or another industry where process and compliance are important. That said, what matters most is your willingness to learn, your curiosity to understand how products move from concept to shelf, and your confidence to step in and contribute.
