Role Responsibilities
The Enrolled Nurse works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide person-centered care, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure quality patient care.
Selection Criteria
* Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
* Ability to practice respectfully within a multidisciplinary team
* Effective communication skills, including IT literacy
* Commitment to professional development and ongoing competence
* Knowledge of person-centered nursing and adaptability to care delivery changes
* Understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based practice with recent clinical experience
Additional Requirements
This is a Category 'A' position requiring compliance with NSW Health vaccination policies, including influenza vaccination for entry into aged care facilities.
