We currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator in North Ryde to play a key role in supporting the smooth, safe and high-quality operation of essential facilities. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high‐quality outcomes that support our clients, communities and essential services.

What You'll Do

* Coordinating day‐to‐day facilities operations and maintenance activities across assigned sites, ensuring environments are safe, compliant and welcoming.
* Partnering with contractors, service providers, tenants and internal teams to deliver works to a high standard, on time and safely.
* Supporting health, safety and compliance initiatives through site inspections, risk assessments and accurate record keeping.
* Assisting with maintenance planning, asset registers, reporting and procurement in line with Downer policies and budgets.
* Responding to tenant and stakeholder enquiries with professionalism, care and a solutions‐focused mindset.

What You'll Bring

* Experience in facilities, property or asset management, or a related operational environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, plan and manage competing demands confidently.
* Clear, respectful communication skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships.
* A sound understanding of WH&S and compliance requirements, with a genuine commitment to Zero Harm.
* Confidence using systems and tools to track work, maintain records, and support continuous improvement.
