Phillip Riley are searching for an experienced Engineering Manager in VIC
About the role:
- You are a key individual of the Leadership team, as the Engineering
Manager.
- You will drive and lead a team of engineering staff to design, project
delivery and maintenance of assets.
- The budget will be divided between multiple types of projects including
new equipment installations, energy efficiency, continuous improvement and
maintenance upgrades.
- Lead maintenance and project teams.
- Ensure continued strong adherence to required guidelines and regulations
- Expenditure reporting, analysis and annual budgeting.
- Hands-on project management and preventative maintenance strategy
implementation.
- Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders,
- Foster an environment of psychological safety, inclusivity, and diversity of
thought.
- Engage globally with group company entities to leverage optimal
engineering solutions to deliver manufacturing and commercially
advantageous outcomes.
Skills and Experience required:
- Strong coaching, reporting and communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience
**Salary**: $70,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation
Pay: $87,500.00 - $107,500.00 per year
