Fire Safety Expert
This is a challenging role that requires individuals with strong technical expertise in fire safety systems.
About the Position:
* Provide comprehensive oversight and management of Fire & Life Safety Systems across multiple Defence bases in the Northern Territory.
* Manage maintenance, inspection, and testing of fire safety systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate Fire Safety Surveys and guarantee adherence to national and state regulations.
* Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
* Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation strategies to address potential fire hazards.
* Offer technical guidance and training to staff and contractors to enhance their knowledge and skills.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to maintain legislative compliance and address any concerns or issues.
